Manufacturer's warranty

Thank you for choosing Skerell products for your home or business. We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer the following warranty policy on Skerell products:
1. Warranty scope:
Skerell products carry a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of Skerell products and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty period:
The warranty period for Skerell products is 1 year from the date of purchase.
3. Warranty service:
If a Skerell product is discovered to be defective within the warranty period, Skerell will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective screen or component thereof. Skerell will cover the cost of parts and labor required for repairs.
4. Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Improper installation, misuse or abuse of the product
- Failure to follow the installation and operating instructions provided by Skerell
- Accident, fire, flood or other external causes
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- normal abrasion
5. Warranty Claim Procedure:
To file a warranty claim, the purchaser must notify Skerell by contacting our Customer Service Department at skerell001@gmail.com. A Skerell representative will guide you through the claim process, including providing any necessary documentation or evidence of defect.
6. Proof of purchase:
To qualify for warranty service, the purchaser must provide valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation showing the date of purchase.
7. Shipping costs:
If the warranty claim is approved, Skerell will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Skerell for warranty service.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Skerell's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product or its components (as described above). Skerell is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the products.
Other branded products or merchandise sold on the Skerell website are warranted by the brand owners or dealers. Skerell will file warranty claims on your behalf.
9. Applicable law:
This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or region where the product is shipped.
Please note that this warranty policy is subject to change without prior notice. The warranties provided herein are in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
